MRI Patient support brochure
We know that some patients may have anxiety about their MR exam. To help with this, we have created a brochure that you can use with patients to help field questions and ease their anxiety prior to an exam. This initiative is based on customer feedback, and although simple, the hope is that it has a ripple effect on workflow.
We suggest using this material in your day-to-day and within your current processes to the benefit of your patients. As a recommendation, we would suggest using printed versions on-hand to give to the patient, upon check-in to your suite, so they can read through it after filling out their screening form. Alternatively, if your health region utilizes e-mail appointment confirmations, you can imbed this PDF in your e-mails sent to patients prior to their respective appointment.
